For many people who are searching for employment in this down economy, there is a variety of different job descriptions and salaries. There are still careers available to the masses and with that, more of a need for higher expertise levels in some professions, but still jobs available nonetheless. In my opinion both a real estate agent salary and stock broker salary could be better options for great employment opportunities. This is because both the real estate market and stock market have recently taken a beating so there could be great job opportunities that people may not be thinking about right now. With that being said, when looking for that ideal real estate agent and stock broker salary, try finding the companies that are hiring long term, giving you the opportunity to grow over time. Over the long term, this will provide the most money and job security. I would advise people who are looking to get a jump-start on their career to look at industries that aren’t in the spotlight right now. Companies that offer training with little experience could be a good idea to get your foot in the door. For example, if you or your family knows of someone who has a real estate license or knows a stock broker, maybe you could talk to them and see if there are opportunities to work part-time or maybe for free to start. Once you get a little experience and learn the industry you’ll be more valuable and in many cases actual experience in the field outweighs a candidate fresh out of college any day. By doing a little research and looking for professions that offer training, you’ll then have the opportunity to gain the experience needed to move ahead. This could ultimately prove to be one of the most successful career moves of your young professional existence.
